NORCE takes majority ownership of NIOM

We would like to inform you that majority owner UniRand AS has sold their shares in NIOM AS to NORCE AS.

NORCE is a newly established, forward-looking research institute, with expertise in a wide range of fields and with a strong knowledge base. NORCE undertakes research and the innovation of research within the fields of energy, health care, climate, the environment, society and technology.

NORCE has 700 employees, an annual turnover of NOK 890 million, and publishes some 500 scientific publications per year.

For you as customer or user of NIOMs services, the transfer of ownership has no implications. You will meet the same members of staff and receive the same service and information as previously. Over time access to a wider range of services can be expected.
